THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY hereby gives you notice that it has made an order under Section 247 of the above Act to stop up the following area of public highway which is shown edged red on the plan attached to the Order:

(1) The area of the public highway which has been stopped up stopped up is the highway known as Holcombe Road Tottenham London N17 (190 m2)

THE ORDER is made to enable the development described in the Schedule to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act to The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Haringey on 11 December 2013 planning reference HGY/2013/1613.

COPIES OF THE ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLANS MAY BE INSPECTED FREE OF CHARGE BY WAY OF APPOINTMENT during the 28 days commencing on Friday 11 November 2016 at Alexandra House, 7th Floor, 10 Station Road, London N22 7TR (quoting reference HGY/2013/1613)

ANY PERSON MAY CHALLENGE the validity of the order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with within 6 weeks commencing on Friday 11 November 2016 by application to the High Court under section 287 of the Act.
