Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were members of the SIS Chemicals Limited Pension & Assurance Scheme (the “Scheme”) that the Scheme has entered an assessment period for admittance into the Pension Protection Fund (“PPF”). Following the assessment period, the Scheme is expected to transfer formally into the PPF.

The Trustee believes that all members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and member announcements have been sent to all members for whom the Scheme holds an address.

If you were a member of the Scheme or otherwise believe you may be entitled to benefits from the Scheme and you have not received any announcements relating to the Scheme or been contacted by the Scheme’s Administrators – Spence & Partners Limited, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and particulars of your membership of, or other claim on, the Scheme to: Trustee of the SIS Chemicals Limited Pension & Assurance Scheme, c/o Catrina Browne, Spence & Partners Limited, Chamber of Commerce House, 22 Great Victoria Street, Belfast BT2 7BA so as to reach that address no later than two months from the date this publication.
