Pursuant to section 10 Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that on 19 May 2016, Vistra Trust Corporation (UK) Limited of Merchant Place Property Partnership 65 carrying on the business of property investment at 47 Park Lane, London W1K 1PR transferred part of their interest (represented by a capital contribution of £40) to Lighthouse Group PLC. Accordingly, Vistra Trust Corporation (UK) Limited reduced its participation as a Limited Partner of Merchant Place Property Partnership 65 on 19 May 2016 and Lighthouse Group PLC became a Limited Partner on the same date.
