“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Anderson Kelsall and Lee Anthony Green, both of Larking Gowen, King Street House, 15 Upper King Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR3 1RB, (IP Nos 009555 and 015610) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
