1. Transport for London, hereby gives notice that it intends to make the above named Orders under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general nature and effect of the Orders will be to relocate the existing Parking and Disabled Persons’ Vehicle Bays:

(1) opposite Nos.202-206 A312 Hampton Road by 3 metres south-eastwards;

(2) opposite Nos.114-132 A312 Hampton Road West by 10 metres north-westwards and reduced in length by 5 metres;

(3) opposite Nos.102-110 A312 Hampton Road West to opposite Nos.90-98.

The Order formalises on Parklands Parade, Bath Road the:

(4) Parking and Disabled Persons’ Vehicle Bays outside Nos.1-4 & Nos.6-8, with the operational hours, No Stopping Mon-Sat 7am - 7pm, except Parking 1 hour No return within 2 hours;

(5) Loading and Disabled Persons’ Vehicle Bay outside Nos.4-5 with the operational hours, No Stopping Mon-Sat 7am - 7pm, except Loading 20 mins;

The Order also:

(6) removes the Parking and Disabled Persons’ Vehicle Bay and Loading and Disabled Persons’ Vehicle Bay north-west of No.2 Clarence Road;

(7) reduces the single red line outside No.2 Clarence Road by 28 metres north-westwards.

(8) extends the ‘No Stopping at Any Time’ restriction outside No.136 A312 Hampton Road by 10 metres north-westwards ;

(9) reduces the Parking and Disabled Persons’ vehicles bay outside Nos.118- 136 A312 Hampton Road West by 10 metres at the south-eastern end and extended by 10 metres at north-western end;

(10) extends the ‘No Stopping at any Time’ restriction outside No.132 A312 Hampton Road West by 10 metres north-westwards.

(11) formalises the Borough controlled Parking Bay outside Nos.24-26 Ellesmere Road in the vicinity of Ellesmere Court .

(12) formalises the ‘Parking at any Time’ Parking and Disabled Persons’ vehicles bays in the unnamed service outside Nos.127-137 and No.139 Gunnersbury Avenue.

(13) formalises the ‘No Stopping at Any Time’ restriction outside Nos.137-139 Gunnersbury Avenue.

(14) formalises the ‘No Stopping at any time’ restriction between Nos.134 & 172 Hampton Road West;:

(15) removes a disabled persons’ vehicles only bay outside No.13 A312 Uxbridge Road;

(16) installs a 11.5 metres loading and disabled persons’ vehicles bay outside 28 A316 Burlington Lane (St. Mary’s Convent and Nursing Home);

(17) removes of the Parking bay outside No.588 Great West Road;

(18) removes the Parking Bay outside No.721 Great West Road to allow the installation of a pedestrian crossing.

3. The roads which would be affected by the Orders are A312 Hampton Road West, A312 Uxbridge Road, A316 Burlington Lane, Clarence Road, A4 Ellesmere Road and A4 Great West Road.

4. Copies of the Orders, a statement of Transport for London’s reasons for the proposals, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of:

5. All objections and other representations to the proposed Orders must be made in writing and must specify the grounds on which they are made. Objections and representations must be sent to Transport for London, Streets Traffic Order Team, Palestra, 197 Blackfriars Road, London, SE1 8NJ quoting reference RSM/PI/STOT/TRO, GLA/2015/102 & 103, to arrive before 11th June 2016. Objections and other representations may be communicated to other persons who may be affected.
