NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Section 19, as read in conjunction with Section 21, of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 that Glasgow City Council intends to manage land having a total area of 6.73 hectares or thereby, situated at Claypits, in the Hamiltonhill area of Glasgow and shown delineated in red on the plan attached to the Declaration, as a Local Nature Reserve.

Certified copies of the said Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection without payment during normal office and library hours for a period of thirty days from the date of this Notice at Land and Environmental Services, 231 George Street, Glasgow G1 1RX from Monday to Friday inclusive.
