Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a final meeting of the members will be held at 2.30 am within the office of GCRR Limited, 65 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 2BX on 17 June 2016 for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up and to determine whether or not I should be released as Liquidator.

A Member entitled to attend or vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend or vote on his behalf. A resolution will be passed only if a majority in value of those voting by person or proxy vote in favour. Proxies must be lodged at or before the meeting.
