1. PBL Realisation Ltd (In administration) (Formerly known as Polestar Bicester Limited) (registered no. 8298783) (the “Company”) entered into administration on 24 March 2016.

2. The following persons (together, the “Directors”) were directors of the Company on the day it entered administration:

(a) Barry Hibbert of 1 Apex Business Centre, Boscombe Road, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU5 4SB, United Kingdom;

(b) Alan Goodwin of 1 Apex Business Centre, Boscombe Road, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU5 4SB, United Kingdom; and

(c) Swagatam Mukerji of 1 Apex Business Centre, Boscombe Road, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU5 4SB, United Kingdom (as a de facto director).

3. The Directors give notice that they are acting and intend to continue to act in one or more of the ways to which section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 would apply if the Company were to go into insolvent liquidation in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the Company under the names: “Polestar Print Holdings Limited”, “Polestar UK Print Limited”, “Polestar Stones-Wheatons Limited” and “Polestar Applied Solutions Limited”.
