Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 141(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors has been summoned for the purpose of considering whether a Creditors’ Committee should be formed. In the event that a Creditors’ Committee is not formed resolutions may be taken at the meeting to consider the basis of the Joint Liquidators’ remuneration and expenses. The meeting is to be held at the offices of Silke & Co Ltd, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR, on 29 April 2016, at 11.00 am. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a proof of debt form and supporting evidence at the offices of Silke & Co Ltd at the above address not later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the meeting.
