Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above company will be held at the offices of K S Tan & Co, 10-12 New College Parade, Finchley Road, London, NW3 5EP on Thursday 3 March 2016 at 2.00 pm for the purpose of dealing with Sections 99 to 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

A proxy form, if intended to be used, to enable a creditor to vote, must be lodged, together with a statement of claim, at the offices of K S Tan & Co, 10-12 New College Parade, Finchley Road, London, NW3 5EP, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting. Secured creditors may only vote for the balance of the debt, which will not be recovered by enforcement of the security, unless right to enforce is waived.

A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of K S Tan & Co, 10-12 New College Parade, Finchley Road, London, NW3 5EP, on the two business days prior to the day of the meeting between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.

If no liquidation committee is formed, a resolution may be taken specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated.

The meeting will receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
