In exercise of its powers under Section 11 of the above Act the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment proposes to grant a prospecting licence in Counties Tyrone and Londonderry.

The Local Government Districts and Wards are listed below. Individual Townlands and a map showing the areas affected may be inspected at the addresses below from Monday 15th February to Monday 14th March between Monday and Friday, 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm and is available to view on the DETI website www.detini.gov.uk.

Any person may make representations to the Department about the proposed licence within one month from Monday 15th February.
