Lodge Road Property Partnership Five LP

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, the legal and beneficial interest of Jane Clarke (deceased) (the “Transferor”) in Lodge Road Property Partnership Five LP, a limited partnership registered in Northern Ireland with number NL000042, was transferred to Stephen Clarke (the “Transferee”) on 31 January 2016. Accordingly, with effect from 31 January 2016, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferee became a limited partner of the Partnership.
