THE QUEEN has been graciously pleased to appoint Dame DeAnne Shirley JULIUS, DCMG, CBE, to be Usher of the Blue Rod of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George in the room of Sir Anthony St.John Howard FIGGIS, KCVO, CMG, who has retired.

THE QUEEN has been graciously pleased to appoint Lieutenant General Sir Robert Henry Gervase FULTON, KBE, to be King of Arms of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in the room of the late Admiral Sir Peter Charles ABBOTT, GBE, KCB.
