Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that EQT Services (General Partner II) Limited has transferred its entire interest in EQT Focusvision Co-Investment Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL24294 (the “Partnership”) to EQT Mid Market US (General Partner) Limited, general partner of the Partnership. EQT Services (General Partner II) Limited has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
