Pursuant to Section 297 of Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 as Amended by Section 65 PCA 2009, notice is hereby given as per Section 297(B) that cash namely £1,100.00 which was recovered on 3rd August 2015 at British Transport Police Custody Suite, Brewery Road, London, following an investigation has been seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 at British Transport Police, Force Headquarters on Wednesday 13th January 2016 and a Notice of Forfeiture of Cash without Court Order Under Section 297 Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 has been issued by a Senior Officer as per Section 297A(2) on Monday 8th February 2016. Any person may object to the proposed Forfeiture by Tuesday 8th March 2016 in writing to: Financial Investigation Unit, FAO: DC 2359 Driscoll, British Transport Police, 25 Camden Road, London, NW1 9LN . Unless an objection is received by this date the £1,100.00 will be forfeited.
