PAI Europe IV-B4

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 31 January 2016, FundPartner Solutions for the account of RP Institutional-Private Equity 2 transferred 100% of its interest in PAI Europe IV-B4 (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP9994, including its capital contribution of €70.00 and that effect from 31 January 2016, and that CAA Secondaire III FPCI, acting by ACG Capital S.A. was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership and consequently FundPartner Solutions for the account of RP Institutional-Private Equity 2 ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership
