Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 29 January 2016 Strategic Partners VI Acquisitions O L.P., a limited partner in Amadeus II ‘B’ (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP006914, transferred part of its interest in the Partnership to LCP VIII Holdings, L.P.
