Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30 October 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 18 December 2015, I, Carrie Selina Parris of 54B Knights Hill, West Norwood, London, SE27 0JD Single and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Carrie Selina Chandler and assumed the name of Carrie Selina Parris.
