EXEMPTION TO PROHIBITION OF PARKING ON FOOTWAYS, HAWKESBURY, SW15

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth under section 15 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1974, have resolved that vehicles parked with 4 wheels, and wholly within the areas delineated by white lines on the footway identified in the schedule to this notice, shall be exempt from section 15(1) of the said act which makes it an offence to park on the footway.

2. The resolution shall take effect from 7^th March 2016.
