Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 October 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 November 2015 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Aria Tricia Isobel Shulver-Wade who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Aria Tricia Isobel Wade and assumed the name of Aria Tricia Isobel Shulver-Wade.
