A meeting of creditors of the above named partnership has been summoned by the Liquidator at the request of a creditor under Section 171(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 to be held at 32-33 Watling Street, Canterbury, Kent CT1 2AN on 24 February 2016 at 10.00 am for the purpose of: Removing the existing liquidator from office in accordance with Section 171(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 4.114 of the Insolvency Rules 1986; Replacing the existing liquidator with Simon Thomas and Nick O’Reilly of Moorfields Corporate Recovery Limited; Resolving that the replacement joint liquidators may exercise any power specified in Part 1, Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; Resolving that any power conferred on the joint liquidators may be exercised and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by them jointly or separately; Resolving that the costs of requisitioning of and holding the meeting be treated as an expense of the liquidation; and resolving against the release of the existing liquidator. A proxy form is available which must be lodged with me at Augusta Kent Limited, 32-33 Watling Street, Canterbury, Kent CT1 2AN, not later than 23 February 2016 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
