Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that The Northern Trust Company as custodian for and on behalf of Future Fund Investment Company No.1 Pty Limited has transferred a part of its limited partner interest in CCP IX LP No. 1, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP013152 (the “Partnership”) to CPP Investment Board Private Holdings (2) Inc. Consequently CPP Investment Board Private Holdings (2) Inc. has been admitted as limited partner in the Partnership.
