Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 17th December 2015, Castello Capital Conseil Sarl (“Castello”) transferred the whole of its limited partner interest in Platina II L.P (The “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP012181 to FIP Investments LP (with respect to the beneficial interest) and FIP Nominees Limited (with respect to the legal interest) (together “FIP”), and with effect from that date FIP increased its interest in the Partnership and Castello ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
