Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Argentum Secondary AS transferred to: (i) AGC Equity Partners Private Equity Secondary General Partner I Limited on behalf of AGC Equity Partners Private Equity Secondary Fund I, L.P., 33.33% of the interest held by it in EQT V (No.1) Limited Partnership being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011508 (the “Partnership”); and (ii) AGC Equity Partners Private Equity Secondary General Partner II Limited on behalf of AGC Equity Partners Private Equity Secondary Fund II L.P., 66.67% of the interest held by it in the Partnership, and consequently, AGC Equity Partners Private Equity Secondary General Partner I Limited on behalf of AGC Equity Partners Private Equity Secondary Fund I, L.P. and AGC Equity Partners Private Equity Secondary General Partner II Limited on behalf of AGC Equity Partners Private Equity Secondary Fund II L.P. became limited partners of the Partnership, and Argentum Secondary AS ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
