NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Manchester, intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at the Court House, Crown Square, Manchester on Wednesday 9th December 2015 at 9.45 am for an Order under Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 authorising the stopping-up of the highway specified in the Schedule hereto on the grounds that it is unnecessary. A plan showing the said highway may be inspected, without payment at my office, Room 601, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm on Mondays to Fridays. Any person who would be aggrieved by the making of the said Order may appear before the Court and make objections or representations thereto.
