THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No.38) Order 2015” authorising the stopping up of a length of unnamed highway at the site of Hook Place Farm, to the south of Hook Green Road, at Southfleet in the Borough of Dartford. This is to enable development as permitted by Dartford Borough Council, references DA/13/00399/FUL and DA/14/00851/VCON.

COPIES OF THE ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/1824) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Dartford Borough Council, Planning Department, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford DA1 1DR.

ANY PERSON aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 29 October 2015 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
