TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No.30) Order 2015” authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped northern part width of Upper Maudlin Street comprising the back part of the footway which lies adjacent to Bristol Royal Infirmary Hospital at Bristol, in the City of Bristol to enable development as permitted by Bristol City Council, reference 13/05840/F.

COPIES OF THE ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/1962) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, Trust Headquarters, Marlborough Street, Bristol, BS1 3NU.

ANY PERSON aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 27 October 2015 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
