At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Collingwood Buildings Business Centre, 38 Collingwood Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1JF on 15 October 2015 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

“That Pursuant to Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Lee Pryor and Mark Phillips, both of PCR, 2nd Floor, Cuthbert House, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 2ET, (IP Nos 9011 and 9320) be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators be entitled to act both jointly and severally.”
