Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 August 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10 September 2015, Graham Lawrence Allshorn of 41 Tillett Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR3 4BJ, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Graham Lawrence Leak and assumed the name of Graham Lawrence Allshorn.
