Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 July 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 28 August 2015, Dean Worledge of 5 Strathmore Avenue, Alvaston, Derby, DE24 0FX, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Dean Terry Carter and assumed the name of Dean Worledge.
