HarbourVest International Private Equity Partners IV – Partnership Fund L.P. c/o HarbourVest Partners, LLC, has transferred its entire interest in the above partnership, inclusive of capital commitment of €42,500 to a new limited partner Strategic Partners VI Acquisitions O, L.P.
