On 15 September 2015 the above named Company which has also traded in the style Nova Frames entered creditors voluntary liquidation. Paul Gilpin of Rylands, Silver Street, Minety, Malmesbury, Wiltshire, SN16 9QU, had previously been employed and was associated to the Company on the preceding 12 months. On 15 September 2015 Nova Frames Limited (Company No 9651586) purchased certain of the business and assets of the above named Company. The director of Nova Frames Limited, Paul Gilpin hereby gives notice that it is trading and intends to continue to trade variously under the name ‘Nova Furniture Frames’ and/or ‘Nova Frames’ and/or names including the word ‘Nova’, which is the name by which the above named company was known by and a prohibited name pursuant to section 216 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Paul Gilpin hereby gives notice pursuant to Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that he is acting and intends to continue to act in one or more of the ways to which section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 would apply if the above-named company were to go into insolvent liquidation in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the above-named company under the name ‘Nova Furniture Frames’ and/or ‘Nova Frames’ and/or names including the word ‘Nova’ and in particular through the vehicles of Nova Frames Limited.
