“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up same and, accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Charles Turner, of mlm Solutions, 3 More London, Riverside, London, SE1 2RE and Maureen Elizabeth Leslie, of mlm Solutions, 7th Floor, 90 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5UB, (IP Nos 9195 and 8852), be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.
