Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 May 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 6 August 2015 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of George Thomas Graham Durrant-Message, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of George Thomas Graham Message and assumed the name of George Thomas Graham Durrant-Message.
