Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 2.35(4A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Joint Administrators are conducting the business of a meeting of creditors of the company by correspondence in accordance with paragraph 58 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of voting on the resolution that the Joint Administrators be discharged from liability in relation to their acts and dealings as Administrators, upon the filing of the final Receipts and Payments account in accordance with Rule 2.110 of the Insolvency Rules 1986.
