WATER 2 BUSINESS LIMITED (Company Number 8518831) whose registered office is at Operations Centre, Claverton Down Road, Bath BA2 7WW, hereby gives notice that on 29 May 2015 it made an application to the Water Industry Commission for Scotland (“the Commission”) for a consent to the transfer to it of the water services licence and sewerage services licence currently held by Wessex Water Enterprises Limited and both dated 29 October 2009 in terms of section 6 of the Water Services etc. (Scotland) Act 2005.
