Zavarco Plc announces that the proposed General Meeting, due to be held on 31 July 2015 at Danesfield House Hotel, Henley Road, Marlow on Thames, Buckinghamshire SL7 2EY, United Kingdom at 10.30 am, has been postponed indefinitely pursuant to a court order of Mr David Donaldson QC dated 14 May 2015 provided that if a judgment is made in favour of the validity of the notice calling the General Meeting under section 305 of the Companies Act 2006, the postponed meeting may be reconvened in England within 7 days of the said judgment.
