A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, Environmental Acquisitions Limited whose registered office is at P.O Box 3175, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (which was also the address at which service of the Petition was effected) presented on 27 April 2015 by THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR BUSINESS, INNOVATION AND SKILLS, c/o Bond Dickinson LLP, St Ann’s Wharf, 112 Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 3DX, will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Companies Court, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on 6 August 2015, at 1400 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
