Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14 April 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 16 June 2015 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of James Daniel Brake who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of James Daniel Dixon and assumed the name of James Daniel Brake.
