NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition by DAVID MORRISON craving the Court to order the name of MORRISON BROTHERS NURSERIES LIMITED, a Company incorporated under Royal Charter and thereafter the Companies Act (Registered No. SC018224) and having its Registered Office at The Nurseries, Balmore, Torrance, G64 4AE, to be restored to the Register of Companies, the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated Twenty fourth June Two thousand and fifteen inter alia orders any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within Eight days of intimation, service of advertisement under certification. All of which intimation is hereby given.
