1. That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

Ordinary Resolution

2. That Ravinder Sembi be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 6 July 2015 the appointment of Ravinder Sembi as Liquidator was confirmed.
