Notice is hereby given that on 18th May 2015 a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of North Strathclyde at Kilmarnock by THE RIGHT HONOURABLE THERESA MAY, Member of Parliament, Secretary of State for the Home Department representing the UK Border Agency, Civil Penalty Compliance Team, PO Box 99, Manchester, M90 3WW, craving the Court that MUNCHEES LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC433936) and having its registered office at 30-A Main Street, Kilmaurs, Kilmarnock, KA3 2SF and a place of business at 40 Lainshaw Street, Stewarton, KA3 5BU be wound-up by the Court; and that Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner, William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6QY or such other person as the Court may deem fit be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 21 May 2015 (Firstly) Appoints a copy thereof and of this deliverance to be intimated, served and advertised as craved; Ordains the said Munchees Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Kilmarnock within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
