Zavarco Plc announces that the proposed General Meeting, due to be held on 19 May 2015 at Danesfield House Hotel, Henley Road, Marlow on Thames, Buckinghamshire SL7 2EY, United Kingdom at 10.30 am, has been postponed until 31 July 2015 pursuant to a court order of Mr David Donaldson QC dated 14 May 2015. The directors have not been able to publish notice of the postponement until now as they were awaiting an order of the court.
