Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989 that final meetings of the members and creditors of Moyola Mattress Company Limited will be held at the offices of PJG Recovery Limited, 9 Gibson’s Lane, Newtownards, BT23 4LJ on 10 July 2015 at 10.30 am and 10.45 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. lt is not necessary for the proxy to be a member of the company. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of PJG Recovery Limited, by no later than 12.00 noon on 9 July 2015.
