NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the order in the High Court (Bristol District Registry) with effect from 15 May 2015:

Simon Geoffrey Paterson was removed from office as joint administrator of the following companies subject to administration and Jeremy Mark Willmont of Moore Stephens LLP and Diane Elizabeth Hill of CLB Coopers were appointed as joint administrators in place of Simon Geoffrey Paterson with immediate effect:

Simon Geoffrey Paterson was removed from office as sole liquidator of the following companies subject to creditors’ voluntary liquidation and Jeremy Mark Willmont and David Ronald Elliott of Moore Stephens LLP and Diane Elizabeth Hill of CLB Coopers were appointed as joint liquidators in place of Simon Geoffrey Paterson with immediate effect:

Each creditor (or in the case of solvent liquidations, each member) have liberty to apply to vary or discharge the order effective from 15 May 2015 insofar as it relates the estate of which they are a creditor (or member) within 28 days of being given notice of the order by advertisement.
