At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Lines Henry Limited, Wigan Investment Centre, 2nd Floor Office, Waterside Drive, Wigan WN3 5BA on 15 May 2015 the following Resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a Special Resolution and No 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That Neil Henry and Michael Simister of Lines Henry Limited, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 1EZ, be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators, who are both licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association in the United Kingdom, are empowered to act jointly and severally.”

Neil Henry (IP number 8622) and Michael Simister (IP number 9028) both of Lines Henry Limited, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 1EZ were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 15 May 2015.
