Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 2.35 (4A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that Roderick Graham Butcher and Richard Paul James Goodwin, both of Butcher Woods Ltd, 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham B3 1UP , the Joint Administrators, have summoned a meeting of creditors of the Company to enable creditors to consider and vote on the formal proposals to achieve the objective of the Administration of the Company pursuant to Paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
