Mid and East Antrim District Council hereby give notice that Council made a Resolution, under the provisions contained within Regulation 3(2) of the Local Government (Transitional, Incidental, Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 to preserve and use the existing Borough Charter of Carrickfergus Borough Council to have effect for Mid and East Antrim.
