In the case of each bankruptcy and liquidation, creditors should note that:
the costs of complying with a request of the committee of creditor for an account of Philip Sykes’s administration should be an expense of the insolvency proceedings;
the creditors have the right to object to or make representations to the Secretary of State in respect of Phillip Rodney Sykes’s release within 28 days after this notice has been advertised; and
Phillip Rodney Sykes will be entitled to apply to the Secretary of State for his release within 42 days after this notice has been advertised.
