North Lanarkshire Council hereby give notice that they have made an Order under Section 65 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 to revoke the above planning permission.

The Council have been notified in writing by the owner, lessee and occupier of the land that they do not object to the Order.

Any person who will be affected by the Order and wishes for an opportunity to appear before, and be heard by, a person appointed by the Scottish Ministers must give notice to that effect to the Scottish Ministers, Planning Decisions, Area 2H Bridge, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQ not later than 30 March 2015.

If no such notice has been given by that date, the Order will take effect, by virtue of Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 on 13 April 2015 without being confirmed by the Secretary of State.
